The National Award Winning Museum celebrates the history of Douglas County and East Central Illinois by collecting, researching, preserving, and interpreting artifacts of historical and cultural interest. The museum offers a variety of events you can attend.
Thank you to the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution for awarding us with a matching grant to update our Veteran's Hall of Honor! Thank you also to our local chapter, the Stephen A. Douglas Chapter, for your letter of support and sponsorship of us for this grant! We will keep you all up to date with our progress on the hall.
